Initial Submission

Authors are invited to submit original, previously unpublished research papers, describing particular challenges or experiences or proposing novel solutions relevant to the scope of the conference. Papers must present original and unpublished work and should not be currently under review by any other conference or journal.

Papers should be written in English and formatted according to the ACM "SigConf" Proceedings template. Papers must have a length of 5-8 double-column pages. A preliminary abstract is due by 23:59 GMT, Monday, July 9th, 2018, and the full paper deadline is 23:59 GMT, Monday, July 23rd, 2018. Note that a full paper can only be submitted if an abstract has been submitted by the abstract deadline. Papers must be submitted electronically using the Easychair online submission system.

All submitted papers will be reviewed by at least 2 members of the international program committee; additional reviewers will be consulted if needed. Paper acceptance will be based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of presentation.
